Rose's Garden tells the poignant story of a handicapped woman, Rose Norton. Rose is a beautiful woman who has been scarred by the event of her disability. She has become bitter, lonely and has lost the zest for living, until a new neighbor moves in. Nathan, an eleven year-old Latino by moves next door. Together, Nathan and Rose find comfort in their friendship and the disarray of their loneliness subsides. Until, Nathan uncovers something about Rose's past that ventures hope for her future.
